We are looking for an experienced Carpenter with 3-5 years of construction experience who wants the opportunity to grow within our company. This is not just a laborer position. Our goal is to develop the right person into someone capable of running their own Kingsley Improvements crew. About the Position You will start by working directly with one of our Lead Carpenters on active projects. Before running your own projects, we want you to learn the Kingsley Improvements way — our construction standards, attention to detail, installation methods, jobsite expectations, and how we take care of our customers. As you demonstrate your craftsmanship, reliability, decision-making, and leadership abilities, you will be given additional responsibility with the goal of eventually running your own crew. Requirements 3-5 years of carpentry/construction experience Good understanding of residential construction Experience with common carpentry tools and equipment Strong attention to detail Must take pride in quality workmanship Must be reliable and able to work well with a crew Must be comfortable working at heights Comfortable working from ladders, staging, and elevated deck structures Valid driver's license Must be able to drive a company vehicle Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check Willing to learn and follow our company's construction standards and processes Willing to assist with different types of construction projects when needed What We Offer Starting pay of $27
