The ideal candidate will assist with a variety of construction and carpentry tasks, including framing, finish work, site preparation, material handling, and general labor duties. This position offers an opportunity to work on diverse projects while developing valuable construction skills in a team-oriented environment. We provide on the job training. Responsibilities Perform general construction labor and carpentry tasks. Assist with framing, finishing, remodeling, and new construction projects. Read and follow plans, drawings, and supervisor instructions. Measure, cut, and install building materials. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Load, unload, and move materials around job sites. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Assist with demolition, site preparation, and cleanup. Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations. Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects on schedule. Qualifications Required Reliable transportation and punctual attendance. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day. Basic knowledge of construction tools and job site safety. Ability to work in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Preferred 1+ years of construction, carpentry, remodeling, or labor experience. Training will be available Experience with framing, trim work, siding, decking, or finish carpentry. Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
