You will be working as part of a team to build beautiful, high-quality spaces for our existing clients.

Summary of Position:

The Carpenter position will focus on renovation projects with light framing, millwork, and cabinet installation as well as other construction tasks in the daily operations of an active project. Carpenters with 1-5 years experience in residential renovation and carpentry projects should apply. Ideal candidates are hard working, detailed orientated, have strong interpersonal skills and are physically able to perform work for 8+ hour shifts.

Duties:

This is a hands-on role Perform high-quality finish work, cabinetry installation, and millwork Perform construction duties including light framing, installation of interior doors and windows, repair siding and trim Management of construction materials Many other job related tasks and responsibilities Ability to take direction and execute with or without direct supervision

Requirements:

1-5 years residential construction experience Valid Massachusetts driver's license Authorized to work in the US Clean driving record and have use of a car High School diploma or equivalent Skills for

Job Type:

Full time, 7:30AM-4:30PM, minimum of 40 hours/week
