Full-Time | Year-Round Work About the Role We are looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll run projects in the field, lead carpenters, and work directly on high-quality residential renovations. If you're someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, can run a job site, and enjoys working on kitchens, bathrooms, additions, and full remodels—this is a strong long-term opportunity. What You'll Do Lead residential remodeling projects from start to finish Perform hands-on carpentry (framing, trim, finish work, cabinetry, doors/windows) Supervise and support carpenters and apprentices Coordinate subcontractors on-site Keep job sites organized, safe, and on schedule Communicate with project leadership as needed What We're Looking For 10+ years of residential carpentry experience preferred Experience leading crews or working as a lead carpenter/foreman Strong finish and rough carpentry skills Ability to read plans and work independently Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Valid driver's license What's Offered $40
