Description Byrd Design and Build combines 20+ years of custom home building experience with in-house interior and architectural design teams to deliver stunning living spaces for our clients. We focus on providing a personalized customer experience, superior artisanship, and on-time delivery to ensure client satisfaction on every project. Summary The Residential Construction Lead Carpenter role requires an individual who can balance hands-on operational tasks with high-level managerial responsibilities. An effective candidate consistently meets deadlines, maintains quality benchmarks, and successfully oversees a wide variety of high-end residential renovation and new build projects. Job Requirements Minimum of 7 years of experience in residential construction and home remodeling. Broad understanding of all aspects of residential construction including but not limited to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, roofing, framing, siding, drywall, and interiors. Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage, motivate, and guide a team of in-house crews and sub-contractors alike. Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with clients, suppliers, and other members of the construction team. Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents. Proficiency with a variety of construction tools and equipment. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks at once. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to office. Possible Company vehicle will be provided to some for travel to job sites. Strong work ethic, self-discipline, and leadership qualities. Creative problem-solving abilities. Team player. Organized and punctual.

Compensation:
Compensation depending on experience. •$5000 Sign-On Bonus will be paid out after the employee has been with the company on good standing for 90 days ($1,000), 6 months ($1,500) and 1 year ($2,500).
