Job Overview Building Character / The MLMLG Company is seeking two team members. Building Character renovates Baltimore City brick row homes. Only apply if you have a valid driver's license, personal transportation and construction tools. Position 1: first 1/2 of the renovation and build. Purchase to insulation. Hands on work with proven experience doing light management. Position 2: second 1/2 of the renovation and build. Drywall to finish. Please describe how your experience will be assist position 1 or position 2. Must have reliable transportation to move between jobs, tools and a valid driver's license. Primary locations are Baltimore City, Federal Hill, Canton, and Locust Point. . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on multiple projects. Salary based on experience. 401K, monthly cell phone / gas stipend and performance based bonus system. Requirements Proven experience in residential construction. Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, hammers, chisels; power tools including drills, saws; nail guns, etc Knowledge of heavy lifting techniques and safety procedures on active job sites Ability to perform physical tasks requiring some heavy lifting Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
