Job Description

Carpenter Helper Bel Air, MD 21015 $17.50 - $25.00 an hour - Full-time $17.50 - $25.00 an hour - Full-time We are hiring eager to learn, carpenter helpers to work on high-end residential homes. We are a custom home building and remodeling company located in Harford County MD. We have established a reputation for doing quality work in the area for 28+ years. You will be involved in all phases of new home construction and remodeling from "footings to finish". Responsibilities Assist lead carpenters in interior exterior trim carpentry, framing, siding, flooring installation. Work independently & efficiently on basic construction site prep, demo, jobsite organization. You will be involved in every step of the home building process from footings to finish.
Required:
Some construction experience Basic hand tools and tool belt including a hammer, tape measure, speed square, etc. Willing to learn and positive attitude. Must have a valid drivers license and have reliable transportation.
Work environment:
Year round, full time employment with opportunity for career advancement. Work on high-end residential new construction, additions and renovations.
Work area:
Harford and eastern Baltimore County. Cecil County and southern York County PA We are a small, detail-oriented, team focused on providing top notch craftmanship. We are going for quality over quantity. 7am - 3:30pm with a 30 minute lunch break. Overtime pay opportunities Paid vacation, holidays, sick days, bonus pay and retirement plan after 90 days of employment.
