Key Responsibilities:
Construction Management:
- Manage weekly schedules.
- Handle scope changes and ensure accurate change orders.
- Manage BuilderTrend software for daily logs, schedules, and documentation.
- Conduct weekly meetings with owners to discuss project status.
- Coordinate subcontractor schedules and review completed work.
- Monitor project budgets and review subcontractor billings.
- Ensure inspections are scheduled and work meets design specifications.
- Oversee final homeowner walk-throughs and warranty documentation.
