  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Construction Management:
  • Manage weekly schedules.
  • Handle scope changes and ensure accurate change orders.
  • Manage BuilderTrend software for daily logs, schedules, and documentation.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with owners to discuss project status.
  • Coordinate subcontractor schedules and review completed work.
  • Monitor project budgets and review subcontractor billings.
  • Ensure inspections are scheduled and work meets design specifications.
  • Oversee final homeowner walk-throughs and warranty documentation.
