Lead Carpenter

Lead Carpenter:

Construct and install residential building frameworks, including walls, floors, and window and door openings. Install and finish drywall, cabinets, trim, and interior fixtures. Perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling tasks, including measuring, cutting, and preparing materials for installation. Interpret architectural plans and ensure work complies with building codes and safety standards. Perform advanced carpentry tasks requiring precision and independent troubleshooting. Direct a laborer, assigning tasks, and ensuring quality workmanship. Travel to job sites located in the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria, DC-VA-MD-WV metro area. 40 hrs/wk High School diploma/GED and 24 months of experience.
