Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. You will be asked to complete mostly residential and light commercial remodeling and new construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive professional construction experience. Responsibilities Construct, install, repair, and maintain structures such as walls, floors, roofs, siding, doors, windows, cabinetry, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. Conduct restoration projects involving water, wind, or fire damage remediation, and general structural repairs. Install fixtures such as doors, cabinets, moldings, and hardware with precision craftsmanship. Use schematics and technical documents to guide installation processes accurately. Perform demolition or remodeling tasks safely and efficiently Engage in heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks regularly as required Perform finish carpentry tasks at a professional level, including but not limited to; Trims; casing, crown molding baseboards, Hardwood flooring installation, cabinetry. Window and door installation Requirements Proven experience in construction; framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, siding, drywall installation, flooring installation, windows and doors.. Proficiency with hand and power tools. Construction site experience, demonstrating skill and knowledge. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining attention to detail in complex projects. Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on quality craftsmanship in remodeling or restoration settings. must be able to pass a drug test must have reliable transportation
