Lead Carpenter / Kitchen & Bath Installer

We are hiring an experienced Lead Carpenter / Kitchen & Bath Installer for kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects. This is a hands-on position for someone who can install cabinets, vanities, trim, doors, panels, hardware, bath accessories, and finish details. You should also be comfortable with demo, blocking, framing repairs, wall prep, subfloor repairs, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks related to kitchen and bath work. This is not a tile setter position . Tile experience is helpful, but the main need is strong carpentry and installation ability. Responsibilities Install cabinets, vanities, trim, doors, panels, hardware, and bath accessories Perform demo, blocking, framing repairs, wall prep, and minor subfloor repairs Handle basic plumbing and electrical tasks related to kitchen and bath remodeling (acrylic bathrooms are a plus). Read job notes, measurements, scopes, and layouts Keep the jobsite clean and professional Identify problems early and communicate clearly Complete punch-list items and finish jobs properly Requirements 5+ years of carpentry, remodeling, or kitchen/bath installation experience preferred Strong finish carpentry skills Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Own basic tools preferred Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to work inside occupied homes professionally Compensation $30.00

00 per hour , based on experience and ability. Top pay is for someone who can work independently, solve jobsite problems, produce clean work, and avoid callbacks. A 90-day review will confirm long-term pay level. Schedule Full-time, Monday to Friday. Work Location In person. Projects are primarily on Maryland's Eastern Shore and nearby areas.
