Job Description

Working Forman Working Foreman | High-End Residential Construction
Location:
Easton, MD
Status:
Full-Time | Sign-On Bonus Included Are you a master of your craft who knows how to lead from the front? We are an award-winning construction company seeking a highly skilled Working Foreman. We dont just build additions and renovations; we build legacies. If you take immense pride in "Craftsman-level" finish work and have the leadership grit to manage a site independently, we want to talk to you.
The Role:
Leading by Example As a Working Foreman, you are the bridge between the blueprints and the finished product. You will supervise on-site teams and subcontractors while remaining "hands-on" with high-level carpentry.
Master Carpentry:
From framing complex rafters and stairs to executing flawless compound miters and fine cabinetry.
Site Management:
Supervise crews, manage subcontractors, and ensure the job site remains clean, safe, and professional.
Project Intelligence:
Read/interpret building plans and develop accurate material lists (take-offs).
Versatility:
Lead projects ranging from luxury kitchen and bath remodels and additions to full-scale new construction. Requirements
Technical Mastery:
Deep knowledge of carpentry principles, framing, and interior/exterior trim.
Independence:
The ability to look at a work order or sketch and execute it without constant hand-holding.
Professionalism:
A tidy appearance, a positive attitude, and the communication skills to interact with high-end clients.
Logistics:
Must own your own tools, have reliable transportation, and be able to pass a background check.
Bonus Skills:
