We specialize in high-end residential projects including kitchens, bathrooms, theaters, and full home renovations. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Carpenter to join our growing Design & Build team. Position Summary Position Summary We are seeking a skilled and dependable Carpenter to join our growing residential remodeling team. This position is ideal for an experienced craftsman who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship on high-end residential projects. The Carpenter will be responsible for a wide range of construction and remodeling tasks, from framing and drywall to detailed finish carpentry and custom installations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with team members, subcontractors, and project managers. Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to: Perform all phases of residential remodeling and renovation work Complete kitchen, bathroom, basement, and whole-home renovation projects Execute framing and structural carpentry tasks Install, repair, and finish drywall Perform finish carpentry, including: Trim and moldings Custom millwork Wall panel systems Cabinetry and casework Install interior and exterior doors Complete demolition work as required Assist with general construction and labor tasks Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site Identify and resolve construction challenges in the field Work from blueprints, drawings, and project specifications Coordinate effectively with project managers, homeowners, and other trades Qualifications Minimum 5 years of professional carpentry experience Strong experience in residential remodeling and renovations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans Proficiency in framing, finish carpentry, and general construction methods Excellent measuring, layout, cutting, and installation skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently Positive attitude and strong communication skills Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Personal set of hand tools and basic power tools Why work at Gramophone?
