carpenter Are you looking for Full-Time, Year-Round Work with plenty of opportunity for OT? Would you like to work inside on the hottest and coldest days of the year? Then look no further. We are a local family-owned contractor specializing in both commercial and residential work for over 15 years. We are seeking a candidate with at least 3 years of carpentry experience including framing to trim carpentry, tile and grout work, drop-ceilings, dry-wall and paint, window and door installation, fixture installation and light plumping and electrical. A successful candidate will need to possess these traits, as well as the ability to work independently, and frequently interact with customers and other employees. Currently a large portion of our work is overnight tile repairs for a commercial grocery customer. Neatness and quality work are imperative. Candidates should be flexible with their work availability. Jobs are in MD and VA. As a bonus, we generally provide transportation to the sites. We also pay for drive time from the shop. Hand tools and reliable transportation are a must, valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required. Compensation will be dependent upon your knowledge, and your ability to demonstrate high quality standards.
