Responsibilities:

Wage. $20 - $30 per hour. Dependent on experience.

Technical Carpentry Work:

Execute Finish Carpentry, cabinetry with deadlines. Operate a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.

Construction Knowledge:

Interpret and work from instructions, blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Understand building, collaboration and cooperation.

Problem-Solving:

Address and resolve carpentry challenges efficiently. Adapt to unexpected changes or challenges on the job site. Attention to

Detail:

Ensure accuracy in measurements and cuts. Minimize material waste through careful planning and execution.

Safety Awareness:

Prioritize safety on job sites, adhering to all safety protocols. Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Communication and Teamwork:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Must be eligible to work as a W-2 employee and provide a valid Social Security Number. Minimum of 1 year of experience as a carpenter. Training may be an option.

Proficiency or basic knowledge in:

Framing, finishing, and cabinetry. Reading blueprints and understanding building codes. Problem-solving in carpentry-related challenges. Strong attention to detail and commitment to minimizing material waste. Prioritization of safety and adherence to safety protocols. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and committed to client satisfaction. Basic knowledge of English to be able to communicate with clients is preferrable but not required.
