Job Description

We are looking for hardworking carpenters to work in the high end, custom residential renovation market in Baltimore County, Maryland. Our focus is on craftmanship and people that take pride in their work and workmanship. We offer competitive pay, based on experience and knowledge. Carpenters should be driven to succeed, there is room for advancement through salary increases and a company vehicle. Holiday pay, vacation pay and a company match retirement plan are available for the right candidate. To provide a high level of service to our customers, all employees are expected to maintain a professional, organized and clean project site. We work closely with other tradesmen in the course of each project and assist one another during the process. The right candidate is a doer and a problem solver with a willingness to jump in to complete work and tasks that ensure that the work flow continues without interruption. Skills & Requirements:
1+ years experience in carpentry & home building/remodeling Experience and proficiency using power tools. Possession of basic hand tools Valid driver's license, clean driving record & own vehicle with reliable transportation to job sites Capable of climbing ladders and carrying at least 80 pounds
Work Schedule:
Full time, Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM Salary is negotiable based upon experience and performance. There is room for advancement and vehicle/ tool compensation after a trial period.
