Skilled Carpenter

Job Overview Founded in 2023, we offer full-service Residential construction from new build custom homes to additions and remodels. We also specialize in small commercials projects, restaurants and breweries. Located in Freeport, Maine We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, with the ability to read blueprints and work with various power tools. This role involves a variety of tasks, including framing and finish carpentry. Mainly residential work with the occasional commercial project. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about building and construction, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements Utilize power tools safely and efficiently for various construction tasks. Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications Strong Carpentry skills from frame to finish Proficiency with Power Tools and Hand Tools Physical stamina and manual dexterity Ability to follow blueprints and plans accurately Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Trade school certification or apprenticeship in carpentry is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
