Experienced Finish Carpenter Experience:

10+ years full time residential finish remodeling. - Nautilus Construction is an organization that has an outstanding reputation delivering the highest quality craftsmanship in custom home building and high end remodels. This position requires a construction background with an emphasis on high end finish carpentry skills, including; An acute propensity for precision and produce quality finish carpentry for high end remodels and custom home new builds. Follow building plans & details. Install framing and finishes for items to function as intended. Build all items to building code, square, level and plumb Communicate with lead carpenter about details and specs Must have versatile set of carpentry skills At least 10 years experience in all residential carpentry categories.

Including:

framing, window and door installation, siding & exterior trim, interior doors, interior finish work, kitchen installation, crown molding, flooring. (Roofing, insulation, drywall, and flooring typically subbed out) Must have knowledge of how work effects of subcontractors and big picture Basic knowledge of building codes Review job schedule provided by the Lead Carpenter. Receive work orders from the Lead Carpenter. Make sure to arrive onsite at the time that has been pre arranged by the Lead Carpenter When arriving on-site, treat all property owners and their homes with courtesy and respectat all times. Complete every job as per specifications. There are no deviations from the job specs unless a Change Order has been priced and signed. Arrive at work in a clean truck and a clean uniform.
