Skilled Trades Partners is currently seeking an experienced Carpenter for a project at the Navy Shipyard in Kittery, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable carpenter looking for steady work with a reputable contractor. Responsibilities Install ceiling tiles and ceiling grid systems Perform general carpentry work and finishing tasks Measure, cut, and install building materials accurately Maintain a safe and organized work area Follow OSHA and site-specific safety requirements Work effectively with other trades and supervisors Requirements Previous carpentry experience required Experience with ceiling tile installation preferred Ability to read a tape measure and work from basic layouts Reliable transportation and strong attendance Ability to pass a background check for Navy Shipyard access OSHA certification is a plus (training available) Benefits Full health insurance Weekly pay — on time, every time Tool reimbursement Free OSHA and safety training Flex Time Quick response from real people (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM) At Skilled Trades Partners, we respect your skills and connect you with projects that value your time and experience.
