Job Summary We are seeking multiple experienced and skilled carpenters, project managers, and tradesmen to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, ensuring quality workmanship, and leading a team of carpenters on-site. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality construction solutions while adhering to safety and building regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate carpentry work for residential and commercial projects. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements. Ensure project timelines and budgets are met, while maintaining high standards of quality. Train, mentor, and guide junior carpenters and apprentices to enhance their skills. Inspect and assess work for accuracy, safety, and adherence to specifications. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure seamless project execution. Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient job site in accordance with company policies and regulations. Handle repairs and maintenance as needed, ensuring all work meets building codes and standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a carpenter, with at least 2 years in a lead/supervisory role. Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent leadership and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions as required by job sites.
