Responsibilities We are seeking a skilled Master Carpenter with experience in fence building to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience constructing fences, gates, pergolas and related outdoor structures. This role requires a strong understanding of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials, along with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Job Duties Construct, wooden fences, gates, pergolas and other custom outdoor structures Read and interpret blueprints to determine project specifications and requirements Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision and attention to detail Utilize both hand and power tools safely and effectively Operate standard shop machinery, tools and equipment Maintain proper stacking, staging, and labeling of materials throughout the production process Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and ensure quality workmanship Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment Ensure all work complies with company standards for craftmanship, quality and safety

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience, including at least 1 year of finish or trim carpentry Proven experience in fence construction and related outdoor structures Strong knowledge of wood types, joinery, and carpentry methods Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and shop machinery Must be able to read blueprints Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in varying conditions Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment Consistent adherence to company policies and safety procedures Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required A strong commitment to quality, craftsmanship, and customer satisfaction What We Offer Full-time 4-day work week (Mon-Thu) with OT on Fridays Opportunities for career development and skill advancement A supportive, team-driven shop culture
