Duties Perform carpentry tasks including framing, roofing, siding, cabinetry, trim work, window/door installation, and tile work. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for construction tasks. Read blueprints and project specifications to ensure accurate execution of work. Carry out heavy lifting as required for materials and equipment. Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications. Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety protocols. Experience Proven experience in carpentry or related labor positions is preferred. Ability to read blueprints and understand project plans is essential. Experience using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
