Royal Oak & Birmingham Note:
Not an employee but rather a 1099'd independent contractor. No benefits. Looking for an experienced commercial carpenter for ongoing work in the Royal Oak and Birmingham areas.
Required skills:
Steel stud framing Demolition Insulation Drop ceilings General commercial construction Compensation can be hourly or by the job, depending on the scope of work and mutual agreement.
