Pay:
$17-$22 per hour (based on experience) Job Overview BlocX LLC is seeking an experienced and dependable Skilled Carpenter to join our growing residential construction team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in residential construction and remodeling. This position requires strong carpentry skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform framing, finish carpentry, and general carpentry work Install doors, windows, trim, cabinets, and other residential components Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately Assist with remodeling, rehabilitation, and new construction projects Maintain a clean and safe job site Operate power tools and construction equipment safely Collaborate with project managers and crew members Identify and resolve construction issues as they arise Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of residential carpentry experience Experience with framing, finish work, and remodeling projects Strong knowledge of residential construction practices Reliable transportation to and from job sites Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism Must have basic hand tools Preferred Qualifications Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings Experience in home renovations and property rehabs Knowledge of drywall, flooring, siding, roofing, or other residential trades Ability to work independently with minimal supervision What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Consistent work opportunities Opportunities for advancement within the company Professional and team-oriented work environment
Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
