Job Description

Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a variety of concrete-related tasks that contribute to the successful completion of residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. Your expertise will help ensure that concrete structures are built to the highest standards of quality, safety, and durability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects while showing your craft in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities Prepare sites by setting forms, framing, and installing rebar for concrete pours. Operate concrete mixers, pumps, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently. Install rebar reinforcement and perform steel fixing tasks to strengthen concrete structures. Finish concrete surfaces with techniques such as troweling, floating, and edging to achieve smooth finishes. Perform repairs and restoration work on existing structures, including stucco, plastering, and caulking. Collaborate with team members on demolition, renovation, and new construction projects to meet deadlines and quality standards. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge related to construction tools and equipment operation. Proficiency in construction . Experience with rebar installation, concrete forming, and finishing techniques. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and heavy machinery operation. Knowledge of masonry practices including tile laying, flooring installation, and stucco application. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining focus on safety protocols. Strong understanding of safety standards on construction sites including heavy equipment operation and site restoration procedures.
