We specialize in a wide variety of residential construction, renovation, and remodeling projects. We're looking for well-rounded individuals who have experience in multiple trades and can confidently handle different aspects of construction. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, works efficiently, pays attention to detail, and can work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities Work may include, but is not limited to:

Framing:

Interior and exterior framing, walls, doors, windows, and structural repairs.

Drywall:

Hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.

Painting:

Interior and exterior painting, preparation, priming, and finishing.

Flooring:

Installation of LVP, laminate, hardwood, and other flooring materials.

Finish Carpentry:

Baseboards, casing, crown molding, doors, and trim installation.

Kitchen Remodeling:

Cabinet installation, countertops, and general kitchen renovations.

Bathroom Remodeling:

Demolition, framing, flooring, and bathroom renovations.

Siding:

Installation, replacement, and exterior repairs.

Deck Construction:

Framing, decking, stairs, railings, and repairs.

Doors and Windows:

Installation and replacement.

Demolition:

Interior and exterior demolition and jobsite preparation.

General Construction:

Repairs, renovations, and miscellaneous construction tasks. Qualifications Experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred. Knowledge of multiple construction trades. Ability to use common hand tools and power tools safely. Reliable transportation to and from jobsites. Ability to follow instructions and work independently. Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship. Dependable attendance and a professional attitude. Ability to perform physically demanding construction work. Basic personal hand tools preferred. You do not need to be experienced in every trade listed. We are looking for individuals with a solid construction background who are willing to learn and expand their skills.

Pay:

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
