We specialize in general trades and take pride in delivering high-quality craftsmanship across a wide range of commercial construction projects. As our workload continues to grow, we're looking to add experienced, hardworking carpenters to our team. Position Overview This is a full-time, hands-on role for individuals with construction experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Our crews work on a variety of job sites throughout West Michigan, so flexibility and reliability are key. Key Responsibilities Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools Follow all OSHA and company safety procedures on active job sites Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site preparation Perform general labor tasks across multiple trades Support rough framing, finish carpentry, and other construction activities as needed Maintain a clean and organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time Qualifications Some construction experience preferred Working knowledge of general construction practices, including framing and carpentry Ability to safely use common construction tools and equipment Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel to various job sites required) Ability to pass a background check Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and team-oriented mindset Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, and performing tasks involving bending, twisting, climbing, and prolonged standing What We Offer Weekly pay with consistent, year-round work Competitive benefits package, including: Health insurance, Dental insurance, 401(k) with company matching, Accident insurance, etc. Paid vacation time and paid holidays Flexible scheduling options when available Opportunity for growth within a stable, family-owned company
