We're looking for an experienced finish carpenter who takes real pride in their work and wants to build the kind of details people notice. This is hands-on, high-detail work on custom homes and remodels, not production framing. If you care about tight reveals, clean miters, and getting it right, you'll fit in here. What you'll do Install trim, cabinetry, built-ins, and custom millwork to a high standard of finish Build out wall details, paneling, and architectural features Set exterior windows and doors Frame, then handle exterior cladding and trim Install hardware and exterior trim details like porches and window surrounds Work from plans and details provided by architects and interior designers Keep a clean, safe, organized jobsite Work independently, manage your own time, and represent Kenowa Builders professionally with clients and trades on site What we're looking for 3+ years of finish carpentry experience, with work you can point to A genuine eye for detail and pride in clean, finished work Ability to read and follow architectural and design details Strong problem-solving, organization, and time management Self-motivated and reliable, able to run tasks without constant supervision Works well alone and as part of a crew Valid driver's license Compensation and benefits Pay based on experience Health insurance Company-matched 401(k) Paid time off and paid holidays Flexible schedule Company-provided tools Details Full-time, in person Salary $28 - $40 per hour
