As a Skilled Labor Assistant, you'll play an important role in delivering that experience. We are looking for a reliable, skilled labor assistant to join our team for residential repair and remodeling projects. Responsibilities Assist with small home repairs, remodeling, and maintenance projects Safely use basic hand and power tools Help with demolition, installation, repairs, and general construction tasks Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Follow job site safety procedures and instructions Work efficiently while maintaining quality workmanship Requirements Basic knowledge and experience using hand and power tools Understanding of job site safety practices Previous construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman experience preferred Dependable and willing to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation is required Ability to safely perform physical labor and lift/move materials as needed Pay Pay is based on experience, skill level, and ability.
