Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials according to specifications
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, cabinets, and countertops
• Build or repair furniture, cabinets, shelving units, and other wooden items
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine project requirements
• Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finish Carpenter or similar role
• Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and routers
• Knowledge of hand tools including chisels, planes, levels, and squares
• Strong understanding of different types of wood and their properties
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and precision in measurements and cuts
• Good physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
