We are looking for a reliable, experienced exterior door installer to join our team installing interior doors, entry doors, and custom closets in residential homes. If you have experience as a carpenter, finish carpenter, residential remodeler, door/window installer, cabinet installer, or trim carpenter, your experience may translate well to this position. You'll install residential exterior entry doors, interior doors, trim, and custom closet/organization systems throughout the Grand Rapids area. Experience installing entry doors is helpful, but we can train an experienced carpenter or remodeler on our products and installation process. This is a hands-on role with the opportunity to grow into a lead installer or management position as the company continues to expand. You will be trained on our systems and process, with the expectation of quickly working toward running your own jobs independently.

Pay and Benefits:

PTO What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing interior and entry doors
• Installing custom closets and organization systems
• Measuring openings and ensuring proper fit
• Handling materials (lifting 50-100+ lbs)
• Working efficiently and progressing toward independent installs

Job Requirements:

• Carpentry / Exterior Door / Closet installation or other similar experience
• Comfortable with physical labor
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Willing to grow into leadership

Experience:

Required:

Hands-on experience in carpentry, residential remodeling, door/window installation, finish carpentry, cabinetry, trim, millwork, or similar work.

Preferred:

Experience installing exterior entry doors.
