As a , you will play a vital role in executing construction tasks with precision, safety, and efficiency. Your hands-on experience and knowledge of construction processes will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects, from framing to finishing. Duties Erect buildings and structures with attention to detail and adherence to safety standards Perform concrete forming, pouring, finishing, and restoration work to ensure durable and high-quality results Install rebar reinforcement according to schematics and project specifications for structural integrity Execute masonry tasks including brickwork, stucco application, and siding installation Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient construction activities Read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks Conduct framing carpentry, trim carpentry, roofing, drywall installation, and woodworking projects Install siding, stucco, and other exterior finishes to enhance building aesthetics Manage construction site activities including heavy lifting, material handling, and site cleanup Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely progress and quality standards are met Qualifications Proven experience in construction site work with a focus on metal building erection, concrete forming, or related fields Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate heavy equipment as needed Skilled in various trades such as masonry, carpentry (including frame carpentry), roofing, plastering, siding, and remodeling Excellent understanding of construction management principles and safety protocols Valid experience with rebar installation, concrete finishing, welding, drywall installation, and restoration work is highly desirable Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards Join our team as a where your expertise will directly impact the quality of our projects.
