Experienced Carpenter•Manni Brothers Construction We are a full-service residential construction company specializing in custom homes, post-frame barns, garages, additions. From the first stake in the ground to the final walkthrough, we manage every phase of construction with a focus on quality, efficiency, and craftsmanship.
Our projects include:
Building custom homes from foundation through final finishes Constructing post-frame barns, garages, workshops, and agricultural buildings Framing floors, walls, and roof Installing metal roofing systems Siding installation, soffit, fascia, and exterior trim Window and exterior door installation Decks, and porches, Site preparation, layout, and jobsite organization Equipment operation and material handling Punch list completion, quality control, and final customer walkthroughs Who We Are We're not a "show up, punch the clock, and go home" type of construction company. We are a small team of builders who take pride in doing things the right way — even when it takes longer, even when nobody is watching. Our projects include pole barns, structural framing, and full builds where quality and craftsmanship matter. Must Have:
Strong culture fit with a positive team attitude, Journeyman carpentry skills, Experience with pole and stick frame construction.

Desire to lead in the future, Experience with exterior finishes or metal siding installation.
Pay:
$23.00•$27.00 per hour Expected hours: 35.0•45.0 per week
