Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various carpentry and construction tasks, demonstrating proficiency in both trim and frame carpentry. This role requires hands-on experience with power tools, hand tools, and an understanding of construction site protocols. The Carpenter/Laborer will be responsible for executing a range of tasks from blueprint reading to fixture installation, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties Perform trim and frame carpentry tasks, including cabinet installation and door hanging. Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to execute projects accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. • Conduct heavy lifting and physical labor associated with construction projects. • Collaborate with team members on remodeling projects, including flooring installation and tile laying. Participate in the installation of siding, roofing as required. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience in carpentry or related fields such as construction or manufacturing. Desire to learn & working as a team. Ability to operate various power tools, hand tools, and machinery safely. Experience with construction framing, interior & exterior finishing is ideal. Knowledge of woodworking techniques and fixture installation practices is essential. Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and long hours on-site is required. Previous experience in the restoration industry is a plus. A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment is necessary.
