Company Overview Graham Construction, based in Saginaw, Michigan, provides construction services throughout Michigan, South Florida, and North Carolina. Our expertise spans a wide range of markets, including K-12 Education, Higher Education, Religious, Commercial, Municipal, Industrial, and Manufacturing facilities. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and detail-oriented Carpenter who is interested in developing into a Project Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for a career-minded individual looking to transition from the field into construction management. Working alongside an experienced Project Manager, you will assist in managing commercial construction projects throughout Michigan. The ideal candidate must be comfortable using computers, eager to learn, and willing to invest the time and effort required to become highly proficient in project management. Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience leading and performing commercial carpentry work. Highly proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and related documents. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Basic computer proficiency and a willingness to develop advanced software and management skills. Desire to build a long-term career in commercial construction management.
