Job Description

Experienced Carpenter Needed We are seeking a dependable, skilled carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with interior framing and finish carpentry and take pride in producing high-quality work. Experience with tile installation is a strong plus. We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. This will be a full time position that follows a Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm work schedule, with a one hour lunch break.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential and/or light commercial carpentry Strong knowledge of interior framing and finish carpentry Tile installation experience preferred Ability to read and interpret plans and measurements Proficient with hand and power tools Possess a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles Must be able to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to quality craftsmanship Must be able to pass a background check

To be considered, please provide: Photos of previous carpentry or remodeling projects Professional references that we may contact A resume and a brief summary of your relevant experience Job ResponsibilitiesDaily tasks may vary depending on the project and may include, but are not limited to: Interior and exterior demolition Wood framing Finish carpentry, including trim installation Interior and exterior door installation Window installation and replacement Tile installation for floors, back splashes, showers, and other applications Interior painting and touch-up work Installation of sub flooring and floor preparation Exterior siding installation and repairs Re-decking existing decks, as well as framing out new decks Installation of vanities and kitchen cabinetry Assisting with general remodeling and renovation projects Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe job site Communicating effectively with team members and following project schedules CompensationPay is competitive and based on experience, skill level, and overall qualifications.
