Carpenter Pay Range:

$19.23 - $26.44 We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of carpentry experience and a strong background in residential construction and remodeling. This role involves working on a variety of projects and requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work efficiently, and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship. Duties Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood and other materials. Perform tasks related to siding installation and roofing repairs. Fabricate wooden structures based on project specifications. Engage in concrete forming and masonry work as needed. Participate in remodeling projects, enhancing existing structures to meet client needs. Conduct construction painting as part of finishing processes. Use mobile app to follow project checklists, complete tasks, and submit daily log entries. Understand and follow written and verbal instructions; communicate clearly with trade partners and co-workers. Interact in a professional and respectful manner with clients, vendors, and fellow team members. Arrive on time to assigned job sites with reliable transportation. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Experience 3-5 years of experience in carpentry or a closely related construction trade is required. Strong working knowledge of residential construction and remodeling trades, including framing, siding, roofing, masonry, finishing, and quality control. Familiarity with construction practices, procedures, tools, materials, and specifications. Proficient in using hand and power tools with attention to detail and safety. Ability to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team. Demonstrated commitment to job site safety and the ability to follow detailed instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to climb extension ladders and work on roofs. Ability to work with tools, lumber, and construction materials. Ability to lift and manipulate tools and materials, often weighing 50 lbs or more. Capable of performing tasks in both indoor and outdoor environments, during all seasons and weather conditions.
