Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Remodeler/builder to join our team. As a Remodeler, you will be responsible for performing a variety of construction and remodeling tasks. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in various trades and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties:

• Utilize hand tools and power tools to complete construction and remodeling projects
• Perform construction inspections to assess project requirements and identify necessary repairs or improvements
• Hang doors, install windows, and perform frame carpentry work
• Apply caulking and sealants to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing
• Assist with concrete forming and pouring for, sidewalks, driveways and stamped patios.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for excavation, grading, or demolition work
• Install glass for windows, doors, or other fixtures
• Assist with hardscape projects such as building patios or retaining walls
• exterior remodels included roofs, siding, decks.
• interior remodels in the colder months include basements, kitchens and bathrooms and custom tile work.

Experience:

• Proven experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Strong knowledge of frame carpentry techniques
• Experience with concrete forming and pouring
• Familiarity with glass installation methods
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of hardscape construction principles We offer competitive pay based on experience.
