Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Carpenter to perform various construction, equipment installation, and remodeling projects. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels in high quality finish and construction work. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in carpentry, construction techniques, and industry best practices to drive projects forward efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Above all, this position requires someone who takes pride in their work and does things right the first time every time. Position requires a hands-on approach to doing work on the job as well as guiding and managing other team members. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide project execution Ensure proper use of hand tools, power tools, while maintaining safety protocols Coordinate with clients, vendors, and team members to schedule work phases and ensure project milestones are met Conduct quality control inspections to uphold high standards of craftsmanship in remodeling and restoration projects Requirements

VALID DRIVERS LICENSE BACKGROUND CHECK FOR ALL CANDIDATES ABILITY TO TRAVEL RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS

Proven experience in construction site supervision, or project management within the construction or restoration industry Extensive hands-on experience with carpentry disciplines including trim carpentry, framing, cabinetry, door hanging, fixture installation, and roofing Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics for various construction projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding systems, and fabrication techniques Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working at heights or in confined spaces Experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety standards and regulations Excellent communication skills for coordinating teams and managing client expectations
