Senior Project Engineer

Job Duties:

Lead small and mid-sized projects and assist with larger efforts with little supervision while managing scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and documentation. Find and secure new work for your team, prepare proposals and estimates, and build strong client relationships. Plan and oversee on-site work, guide team members during field activities and construction administration, and step in to resolve issues while ensuring safety and compliance. Apply engineering knowledge to develop, review, and validate site designs, calculations, and technical specifications; ensure QA/QC, code compliance, and the effective selection and use of materials, construction methods, equipment, and testing procedures. Supervise and develop junior staff by assigning work, reviewing deliverables, mentoring, and providing performance feedback while supporting ongoing training and growth. Stay current with industry developments and best practices and coordinate project controls and cross-disciplinary collaboration to deliver high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering (foreign degree equivalency accepted), and 5 years of experience as Civil Engineer
