Overview Build and repair pole barns , including post-frame construction, framing, siding, and trim installation. Install and repair metal roofing systems , ensuring proper alignment, weatherproofing, and structural integrity. Construct wood and composite decks , including framing, railing installation, stairs, and finishing work. Perform general carpentry duties such as framing, remodeling, trim work, and custom woodworking projects. Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately to project requirements. Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely. Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction. Maintain a clean and safe job site and follow all safety regulations. Work collaboratively with contractors, supervisors, and team members to complete projects on schedule. Pay is based on experience.
