Job Description
Sweet Home Construction LLC is looking for an experienced carpenter and/or a laborer to join our residential construction crew in the Roscommon area. Our work includes additions, remodels, windows and doors, siding, decks, and repairs. We're looking for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, can work well with a crew, and can handle tasks independently when needed. Job duties
- Frame walls, floors, roofs, decks, and additions.
- Install windows, exterior and interior doors, siding, soffit, fascia, and trim.
- Perform demolition, repairs, and finish carpentry as needed.
- Read plans, take accurate measurements, and lay out work.
- Use hand and power tools safely and maintain a clean, organized jobsite.
- Identify problems in existing structures and communicate them before proceeding.
- Work with the crew and other trades to keep projects moving.
- Treat customers' homes and property with care.
