We are looking for a carpenter to start out as part time and transition into a full time role. We take pride in our craftsmanship and are looking for a skilled carpenter to join our team as we grow towards larger jobs, full home builds and commercial general contracting. Description Responsibilities:

Assist with new build , additions, renovations, basement, and deck renovations , including framing, trim, and finish carpentry. Perform drywall installation, patching, and finishing with a high level of detail. Lay tile flooring, backsplashes, and showers with precision. Install cabinetry, countertops, doors, and hardware. Read blueprints and follow design plans accurately. Work with subcontractors and assist project managers as needed. Maintain a clean and safe job site.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in residential construction or remodeling preferred. Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, and tile work . Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various conditions. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
