Job Summary ATA Residential Solutions is seeking an experienced and dependable Lead Carpenter to join our residential remodeling team. We specialize in finished basements, kitchen and bathroom renovations, home additions, and other complete home transformations. The ideal candidate is a skilled carpenter who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates professionally, and can lead projects and crew members from demolition through finish carpentry.

Primary focus:

Lead field execution, maintain quality, direct workflow, and protect production.

Typical responsibilities:

Ability to review plans, layouts, and lead the daily plan on site Direct crew members clearly and respectfully Coordinate tasks, materials, and workflow Understanding of sequencing, production flow, and jobsite efficiency Monitor quality, safety, and efficiency Ability to identify errors to prevent waste and callbacks Communicate progress, issues, and needs to management at the end of each work day Handle customer-facing interactions professionally when needed Train and develop

Carpenter Laborers and Carpenters Pay:

$28.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
