6+ months of experience required but will accept less for the right candidate 2+ years of experience as a carpenter preferred highly preferred Willing to eventually move into a leadership role preferred

Responsibilities of Carpenter:

Construct and install decks, porches, and patios Responsibilities including framing, cutting and installing decking boards, railings, and structural supports Review drawings to understand project requirements and identify any issues or necessary changes Communicate with drafters or designers to ensure plans are accurate and executed properly on site 2+ years candidate eventual expectations: Provide leadership on job sites by reviewing project drawings, coordinating schedules, and overseeing the crew's work Communicate with inspectors to ensure code compliance and discuss any discrepancies or necessary changes with the drafting team to keep projects aligned with plans and expectations Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
