Responsibilities Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other building materials for various construction projects Install framing, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and flooring according to project specifications Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings to ensure accurate execution of work Operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely and efficiently Perform repairs and remodeling on residential or commercial structures as needed Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites at all times Follow all safety procedures and company standards to ensure a safe working environment Collaborate with project managers and team members to complete projects on schedule Qualifications Previous carpentry or construction experience preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools accurately Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions Positive attitude and strong work ethic OSHA certification is a plus Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and floating holidays Retirement plan with company match Opportunities for advancement and training Stable, year-round work Supportive team environment with strong leadership Apply today and build your future with a company that invests in its people.
