Job Description

Elias Construction LLC is hiring for THREE immediate openings on our carpentry team in Byron, MN. We've been building quality homes and lasting relationships in the Rochester area since 2008 — and we're looking for skilled carpenters who take pride in their craft.
OPEN POSITIONS
►
LEAD CARPENTER
— $30-$40/hr | 10+ years experience Execute high-quality carpentry across residential remodeling projects. Collaborate with Project Managers, trade partners, and clients. ►
CARPENTER
— $25-$35/hr | 5+ years experience Assist with residential remodeling and construction projects. Work alongside Lead Carpenters and Project Managers. ►
FINISH CARPENTER / INSTALLER
— $30-$40/hr | 5+ years finish experience Install cabinetry, trim, doors, millwork, and hardware with precision across kitchen, bath, and whole-home remodels.
