Remodel/Carpenter

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodelers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have extensive experience in various aspects of remodeling and construction, with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. This role involves working on custom built campers, transforming spaces according to client specifications while ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Duties Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and cabinet installation. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various construction tasks. Install fixtures, doors, siding, and perform roofing tasks to enhance structural integrity and aesthetics. Execute flooring installation, and caulking for a polished finish. Engage in water damage restoration as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high standards of quality. Must maintain a clean and organized work environment. Handle heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks associated with remodeling projects. Must be able to lift 50-75lbs. Low voltage wiring/ HVAC Requirements Proven experience in the remodeling or restoration industry is essential. Strong skills in woodworking, metal stud framing, electrical work, plumbing, and fabrication. Excellent problem-solving skills with an emphasis on safety practices in construction environments.
