What You'll Do Work on a variety of residential remodeling and custom home building projects —no two days are ever the same. Use your carpentry skills in framing, finish work, cabinet installation, decks, windows, doors, and more. Take on a mix of hands-on work and opportunities to learn new skills alongside a supportive team. Play a role in projects that homeowners will appreciate for decades. What We're Looking For Proven carpentry experience ( 3+ years preferred in residential construction). Solid knowledge of tools, drawings, and building techniques. Attention to detail, safety, and quality—you take pride in doing things right. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
