Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of building projects, from metal structures to residential and commercial renovations. Your expertise will help ensure that each project is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Duties Must have 2+ Years of experience in Custom Homes Framing , trimming , Rough and finish carpentry. remodeling, Handyman will be working on residential , new construction and Renovations Lead and assist with metal building erection, ensuring structural integrity and adherence to schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, and rebar installation to create durable foundations and structures Manage construction activities including framing, siding, roofing, stucco, and masonry work Operate heavy equipment and power tools safely to facilitate efficient project progress Read blueprints and schematics accurately to guide construction tasks and ensure specifications are met Conduct carpentry work such as trim, framing, drywall installation, and woodworking projects Support restoration and remodeling efforts by applying skilled techniques in plastering, siding, and general carpentry Oversee safety protocols on-site, including heavy lifting procedures and proper use of hand tools Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks like welding, roofing, metal stud framing, and concrete finishing Ensure quality control through inspections of completed work and adherence to project timelines Qualifications Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in metal building erection and concrete forming Skilled in rebar installation, masonry, roofing, siding, stucco, drywall finishing, and carpentry disciplines Proficient in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and scaffolding safely on construction sites Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for precise execution of tasks Knowledge of safety standards related to heavy lifting, welding, restoration work, and site protocols Experience with remodeling projects including framing, trim carpentry, siding installation, and plastering is preferred Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and working at heights or confined spaces as needed Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse trades Join us as a where your craftsmanship will make a lasting impact!
